SIZES IN STOCK: Sizes available are kept as current as possible and are listed beside each garment photo. On occasion the size you want may not be available anymore, in which case you will be advised on the order confirmation email.
Sizing Anna K's FITTED RANGE is available to order in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL Anna K's PLUS SIZE RANGE is available to order in sizes 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26
Delivery time
Garments are usually in stock, ready to be printed. Please allow 14-21 days for printing and delivery of your order following receipt of payment. If you have an urgent deadline, please let us know and we will confirm if the deadline can be met before proceeding with your order. Pricing

Courier / packaging charges
All NZ deliveries are made by track and trace courier, therefore you may be required to sign for delivery. Please provide an address where the goods can be signed for e.g. a work address. If you are unable to sign for the goods, then the parcel may be redirected to the closest depot for collection.
Local courier/packaging charge (within Palmerston North) $3.50 per order
Standard courier / packaging charge (within NZ) $ 6.00 per order
Rural delivery courier / packaging charge (within NZ) $ 9.50 per order Deliveries outside of New Zealand will be sent by NZ Post. Price to be advised on order confirmation.
Payments
We will send an order confirmation email after receiving your order (usually within 12 hours after placing order). This will outline the total price and information required to make your payment. Payment can be made either by cash on pickup, bank transfer, cheque or visa/mastercard.
VISA / MASTERCARD PAYMENTS - We do not have shopping cart facilities, therefore credit card payments need to be manually processed. We will need to get your credit card details to process the payment. The order confirmation email will give options for doing this.
Special Requests / Special Orders
Please enquire if you would like to do a special order.
We can make-to-order in your choice of Anna K garment style, print design, colour and size.
We also have the ability to adapt our standard pattern to your requirements e.g. shorter body length, longer sleeves etc. Any other types of requests e.g. previous range designs etc can usually also be catered to.
Please request on “Special Requests/Instructions” box on the order page, or by contacting Anna through the “Contacts Us” page. Special orders will incur a small surcharge to cover extra time and costs involved.
Any surcharges that may apply will be advised on order confirmation.
Returns
We want you to love your Anna K purchase! Therefore if your garment arrives and it is not what you had expected, it does not fit how you like it to, or if it is faulty in any way, please return it within two weeks in original condition with the swingtags attached, and a note outlining the reason for return, for a replacement or refund of the cost of the garment. Courier costs will only be refunded on faulty garments. Please note: Sale / Discounted garments & Make to Order purchases cannot be returned unless faulty.
